Helsinki (December 9-10)

We traveled back to Helsinki in order to catch our flights home. The Helsinki area had a fair amount of snow – indeed it rivaled or exceeded what we found in the Ivalo area.

Overall, our vacation together was enjoyable and the boy’s introduction to Finland met (and maybe exceeded) their expectations.

It’s unknown how many more opportunities like this will come our way. Flights home went smoothly and as I write this everyone has returned back to work and we have deer in our backyard.
